THE FOUNDER STORY

I wasn't supposed to be a software founder.

I came into technology through travel, entrepreneurship and a simple question: What can I actually do with AI?

I had no background in software development, coding or artificial intelligence. When ChatGPT arrived in 2022, I didn't just want it to write for me. I wanted to understand how it could work with me.

So I learned by doing. I experimented. I broke things. I rebuilt them. In 2025, that process became TravelBuddy OS™.

Travel entrepreneurship

I've been part of Evolution Travel since day one and have served on its Founders Council since 2018. That experience gave me a front-row view of entrepreneurship, mentorship, systems and scale.

Learning AI from zero

I didn't arrive with technical credentials. I arrived with business problems that needed solving and the willingness to keep learning until I could build the solutions myself.

Building between responsibilities

TravelBuddy OS was built part-time around caregiving, Uber shifts, mentoring entrepreneurs and running my own business — not inside a traditional startup environment.

THE WOMAN BEHIND MY WHY

I was raised by an educator.

I'm the only son and caregiver for my 96-year-old mother, a lifelong educator who spent her life helping others learn, grow and see possibilities in themselves.

Now our roles have changed. I'm the one making sure she's cared for and protected. Somewhere between caring for her, driving Uber, running my travel business and mentoring others, I started building something I had no traditional qualifications to build.

I built when she was resting. I built between responsibilities. I built around Uber shifts. Sometimes I built when most people were asleep.

Looking back, becoming a student again wasn't such a strange direction after all.

What began as solutions for my own travel business grew into an AI-powered operating system designed to connect the work entrepreneurs normally manage across disconnected tools.
